Kubota L4310 HST
Though I find it troubling to feel any joy in our current state of affairs, I can't hold this in any longer. I've been trying to wait till I signed on hte dotted line but.....
After years of wanting, it seems I'm finally going to get me a tractor.
I found this site a few months back. after lurking for a time I posted a short time ago asking you all about a local used 4310 HST I had found. I can't thank those that have helped enough. IT is your feedback and what I have read/learned here that has made me willing to finance my first born practically to get this thing.
I signed a P&S a week or so ago and the owner graciously has allowed me two weeks to make ends meet. It looks as though if I? gamble slightly I may just pull it off. We'll know soon. I have a 67 147 cub cadet with a danco loader and oodles of attachments which served valiantly for me over the past 5 years, but ....... well the work I ask of this rig is a bit much and frankly - I just love big tractors. I never dreamed of anything like this though - for years I dreamed of a 755 or 855, but one thing led to another and thanks to everyone here I was just able to justify taking the plunge - besides - my 2 year old daughter loves it <G> - thank you all so much - sorry for bring long winded - FWIW - I really did cut it down allot. I look forward to participating and asking many questions if'n you'all can tolerate me. I've been going nuts waiting to tell everyone. hopefully I can post in the owners section this weekend <G>

Well, we're certainly happy for ya.../w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

See if you can get the owner's manual in advance and read it through a few times before delivery.

Congrats...

Thanx - and I've been going nuts wanting to read the manual but didn't request it from the owner. I am anxious to learn. I will also be anxious to get a factory service manual ASAP. I prefer to service and repair myself when possible - though I actually don't even know if the unit is still under factory warrenty - its a 99 with 325 hrs on it. BTW - do tractors have titles or certificates of origin which I should be looking for when I close?
KES -
(hmmm - looks like I may need to think make up a sig line too)

Where I live there is no title or certificate of origin. You could consider running the serial number to be sure it is not stolen. In my state you have no claim to purchasing property and would be out of your money. Personnally I have never checked a serial number to see if stolen. I would think you should be able to continue Kubota's 3 year warranty on engin and drivetrain. With the serial #, Kubota knows when it was originally sold and should honor the warranty. Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the Kubota Klub.

Nice tractor the 4310. You can run a 6-foot brush hog with that tractor I'll bet.
