I checked at full height as well, I believe normally if a cylinder is lagging it will straighten out once its at full extension. (Please, correct me if i am wrong!) Also I have measured ram/piston extension from center of pin of piston to end of cylinder.

I wouldnt add the quick attack until you figure out the problem . Sometimes a different set of eyes looking at it will notice what you havent.

Could it be that only one cylinder is working?

Good question. Could you put some weight in one end of the bucket and raise the loader and then move the weight to the other side and see if it gets worse on one side compared to the other.

I don't know enough on a lagging cylinder to say if that's correct or not. We're the measurements the same side to side?

yes, the measurments were withing a 1/16"
