Lack of knowledge of JD Reps at MN State fair

The 'Farm Progress Show' held in Alleman, Ia. this year is going the way of the fairs. Outside arena's are gone from all manufacturers. Covered inside demonstration areas (skid steer rodeo's, etc) are also gone. 'Ride and Drive' area barely existed. Dodge pickups, Chevrolet Colorado pickups, small AGCO presence, and an CNH sprayer made up 'Ride and Drive'. 'Tent City' fully populated fully by vendors in past years is experiencing more vacancies each year. Rep's if they exist at all are "Specialized" (that is a joke). Attendance also appears to be falling. Lack of information or knowledge appears to be the norm, if not the rule.

I went to the Cub Cadet booth at the MN fair and talked to a salesman since I was looking at the 45 horse compact they make(like the DK 45 Kioti) and he said they are built a lot heaver than Deere units and to get a competivitve machine you have to spend 10k more for Deere. He said Deere's were not designed for loader work like the Cub's are. He said people blow trannies and snap front ends on Deere's when using the loader. He also mentioned that Deere's used Daedong motors at one time and Deere's quality went down when the outsourced to China more.

What a load of crap he told me. I have never seen a snapped front end or trannie in the shop, I would like to know when Deere used Daedong motors I had though he meant Yanmar and lastly Deere's are engineered for loader work. And the Japanese build components of JD tractors not the chineese for all I know.
