Why don't you call Gary at Midwest and ask him about replacement tines? I'm sure he'd be more than willing to sell you tines and ship them to you. I bought my rake and rear blade directly from him and had them shipped to me, for a better price than any competitor's products from my local dealers. Here's a link to the Midwest website: Midwest Manufacturing

Mavrik, I think you've got the same rake as I do (LR20-72) and I suppose I've abused mine somewhat too. Is the top channel on yours twisted? Mine is. I caught some of the tines on one end on a small stump that I didn't see until it was too late, hung it up and twisted the top channel. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif After doing that I noticed that the tines seemed to be loose, but after I tightened up on the bottom clamping rails they seemed to be okay. However I can see the twist, especially at the center in the support gussets. I was planning on taking a 4 x 4 and clamping it perpendicular to on end of the channel and giving it a heave to see if I could straighten it somewhat. I'm a little disappointed that it seemed to twist so easily. I didn't think I was being that aggressive. I guess I'll have to see how easily it is to straighten it. I doubt that this is covered under warranty. I may end up adding some larger gussets to make it a little more rigid.

When something like that bends I first wonder if it is the intentional weak link. Like that channel is the shear pin that protects something more expensive.

You would think the tines were the weak link in the chain. I wish they were. They're a lot cheaper and easier to replace.
