Landscape Rake Pricing

I've been looking with eagle eye's for the last year. I'm not complaining about the last of used unit's. My question is more towards the cost of the tool. The mast of the rearblade and rake is interchangable and the tine cost is known. So the only extra part is the tine holder which is mostly carbon steel angle iron and fasteners. So hoe why is the rake so much more? My thought is the market place.
