Rake Landscape Rake Teeth

I recently found an International landscape rake 60" with gauge wheels, rusty and uncared for.

I need to find replacement teeth for a few missing and some very bent, mabe 10-12. The teeth are 3/4" wide. Any thoughts on where to find or how to fabricate (springy)???

Just a guess but I'd bet any welding shop would have the metal or a scrap yard.
