Landscape software

I need opinions on a good software program to assist me in landscape planning. I have been all over the Web and my head is ready to explode with all the available ones out there. I would like to keep the cost under $100 and would like as many options as possible. I would like to hear all the pros and cons from anyone that has experience with any of the software. I just don't know what to believe from one review site to the next. One site will give high ratings on a program and then the other site has it listed as poor. Thank you.

I have played with the online FREE ones that do the basic functions. If you are going to be presenting this to clients then you need somthing fancy looking.
HINT the software is terrible at digging holes.

This will be just for my personal use. Have an area around 50' X 50' that I want to landscape with decorative patio, outdoor kitchen, etc. I want to do majority of the work myself, if possible.
