Nope - I never had a use for the laser instrument I found there at the Health Dept. Years after I had put in all the barbed wire fence - I had a great idea. I had a 22-250 rifle with a Redfield 6 x 18 scope. I took it out to my closest property corner and sighted down the property line - SE corner to NE corner, My T-133 fence posts are right on the mark - plus or minus 6". Out here that's equal to being "nuts on". That's one of the short legs - 1320'. It's just a bit of a stretch to make any meaningful determinations on either of the long legs - 2640'.
If I had used that scoped rifle to initially set all the posts - the fence line would have been even closer. But I used my good eye and that made it close enough for all purposes.
