i have a 12 HP rally mower
it tows a 10 cubic foot cart with ease i load it up to the brim with wet logs and tow it up the steep garden
i run out of traction way before i run out of power
the only thing i would suggest is that they usually come with shrimpy tyres - prone to punctures. the trailer was real hard to pull until i got some meaty7-8 in wide tyres and now it goes like a dream
to put into scale some of the wights that ive towed the 6mm bar on the top of the trailers hitch got bent when moving the best part of a tree up the slope /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
so really the point im making is that you should be able to tow loads with a 12HP or above tractor as long as the trailer/tractor hitches are up to it

I am in need of a lawn cart that you pull behind a Garden Tractor.
But what I really need is a sickle bar attachment for my 1978 16 hp Montgomery Ward Lawn tractor. They (Gilson) made them but I cannot locate one. Tried the popular sites on the net. It is a mechanical gear operated sickle bar attachment for my lawn tractor.
