Ok pics of how the Chief valve is current connected:

You can see that now that all three Input/Output ports are now connected, whereas before only the P and N ports were. I added a 45 degree JIC adapter to the T port to reduce how bending. Once the other JIC 45 comes in (arrives today), I'll install it on the N port. Also note that I installed a 90 degree on the P port to also reduce hose bending (see 2nd new pic). Note that the PB "plug" is now correctly installed on the N port per LD's instructions and diagram

Hydro block connections:

I had to kludge the new T input into the hydro block due to clearance issues with the FEL support bar. Fortunately, I had two extra 90 degree JIC adapters (one for the hydro block and one for the other end of the original T line coming off the FEL valve). The clearance now with the FEL support bar is about the same between the bar and the hydro filter. And the hydro filter hasn't been hit yet, os it should be good. You'll also noticed, I eliminated the black iron fitting and replaced it with a NPT-JIC connector so I don't have to fool with the NPT fittings anymore (on that hose at least).

Once again, thanks for all the help: I appreciate it!!!

Thats how it should have been done from the start.

Perhaps with a little more thought and planning for hose routing, things could have been mounted a little different so it would be more "clean" looking and use fewer fittings. Perhaps not.

Ultimately you had to go from -10 ORB ports on the valve to -08 JIC on the tractor. And to 1/2" NPT for the remote couplers. There are dozens of was to accomplish this with various fittings, hose ends, and adapters.......as you have found out.

Really one way isnt any more correct than the other.

What matters is its correct now, and hopefully will solve your leaky valve issue.
