Don, How did you determine what size seals you needed? Is it listed in the loader manual ( I looked quickly and didn't see anything ) or did you have to pull and measure them? It looks like my loader cylinders are leaking not my curl cylinders. I really don't want to pull the cylinders, pull them appart and then wait for days for the new seals.
Thanks
Initially, I went to a local hydraulic shop and had one of the cylinders opened up. The size was wriitten on the seals. The wear bands, Andy from Wayne County hose helped size (in the other thread I linked too). The curl cylinders and the lift cylinders are both 45mm/1.77". Although I have not had the lift cylinders appart, standard reasoning says they should be the same exact seals. The only difference I see between the lift and curl cylinders is, the lift cylinders are tad bit longer.
FYI: The hydraulic cap and plug sizes to fit the cylinder ports and hose ends are 5/16JIC. Not specifically needed for rebuild but 'nice to have' 1. To isolate the cylinders from the system to confirm cylinder leakdown and 2. Cover the hose ends and cylinder ports to help keep dirt out.
