LED lighting in pole barn?

There are other manufacturers so you might want to look around.

I'm thinking now of just buying LED strips w/ appropriate drivers and using them where it's low dust/dirt applications. All the tubes are is a package of LED strips w/ a driver.

I'm PLANNING on putting up an off-grid 12x20 shed w/ a few solar panels, batteries and LED strips.

I have the same t12 high output 8ft long tube lights on all my buildings that were installed in 1996. Since then ive had 1 failed ballast and 2 failed lamps.

Who needs LED

I am now using LED shop lights. so far, they have been great.

Just bought my first 4' LED shop light... time will tell.

About all the Filling Stations here have gone with LED under the canopy so they are protected.

My only experience has been with CREE... so far, not a bad one yet.

I'm getting ready to start installing permanent lighting in my 40x60x16 pole barn and was originally thinking of going flourescent or maybe a high pressure sodium type light. I'm not very familiar with interior LED lighting and have not found the info i'm looking for in my searches. With my ceiling being so high would LED's still be a viable option? Also all i seem to find is replacement bulbs, do they make fixtures for more of a pole barn application?
