Before jumping to conclusions, the two in the background could have been in wind shadow effect where a building redirects the wind. I watched the scene live and noted the same thing but than saw there clothes start to rustle and blow as they moved toward the street. That said, I suspect the newsman looked for the highest and gustiest wind place to film his segment, short of climbing on the roofs.

I heard that supposedly, Front Page, a couple of days ago, Washington Post is blaming Trump for the Hurricane.

I would like to see reporters being blown away like that scene in the wake of a jet landing in "Pushing Tin". Makes me curious now if there is a clip of it on You Tube. Maybe the weather network could use it next time.

Is there another news channel that has been covering the corruption in the FBI and DOJ? That has exposed the emails proving this corruption? What's worse then CNN and MSNBC making up fake news, is that they refuse to report or talk about the real news that makes Dems look bad.

Having read the long list of lies that FOX news is credited with, the two most shocking things I noticed is that guests on shows like Hannity where cited as liars, and in every case where I recognized the person, they where Democrats.
