I'm with L Brown, How? ... because it cant be with the check chains attached as shown... for a check chain to work it has to be attached to something not on the swinging 3point...

Before the chains it would swing out on turns now there is no swing out. My neighbor did the same thing with his RFM many years ago. I can only tell you there was the before and the after.
