I have seen it in copper pipes and now plastic is the in thing.

I have seen it in res. telephone wiring and my alarm wiring. Almost like dealing with a coat hanger (even those are not what they used to be) compared to a twist tie, as far as copper thickness. Often, many conductors in a cable are not even being used. So does having high quality precious metals being used that are not even being used, make any sense?

I love quality stuff. But sometimes think of the waste of making everything heavier than it needs to be. I struggle with this. What is right?

Now do not go starting the tractor weight debate. :D

I found this 10” Ridgid pipe wrench today for $10 Cdn. ($6 Usd). It appears to be unused.

Apparently the previous owner bought it to remove a rounded drain plug but got sidetracked after receiving a plethora of conflicting solutions.

Sidetracked? Oh that is right, the 4th of a July is coming up. And an anniversary? Need to send out a reminder.
