That tire and iron drag is a good start. Fill the tire with large rocks - get heavier iron or rail road ties to replace the cross pieces. If I were going to purchase some type of land engagement implement to use on your land - land plane grading scraper with scarifiers. A LPGS with scarifiers down 1 1/2" will turn your yard into a pool table.
