License a homemade trailer

What burns my bunns is having to pay property tax and a license fee every year for my commercially made trailer. As just an old gezzer that uses it a few times each year, it seems there should be fees that are not for commercial users. Our law reads that even a baby buggy being pulled needs the same classification as a commercial hauler. Geeze.

I am just getting rid of a trailer that several people including myself all had plates and ownerships for. One day, borrowing my old trailer back, it was easier to go to the license office and get a new plate and ownership enroute to where I was going, than to get the ownership off the guy that had it. It's really cheap here and doesn't expire.
