Wise I think any time...

I'm sure it will be resolved... just need to be able to jump as in through the hoops.

Covid can be so mild that you don't even realize or put you under... scary stuff working at a hospital but we work very hard cleaning and sanitizing nonstop.

Took the L5030 out to check out where someone hunting on the neighbors put a deer stand on Dads property. Guy that dad let’s hunt found it and told them to move it, and it looks like they did.

I opened a couple access holes thru the multiflora roses.

now days they dont have to even go look. they can get aerial photos or even see the structure using google earth. in my county if you dont let an inspector have access to the property, they can bill you whatever they want and then let you fight it later. its been like that for years. but then again, i have seen quite a few people up here erect huge signs saying they will shoot anyone trespassing on their land without a warrant. i went to one generator bid several years ago where the owner erected a 4x8 billboard like sign stating he will shoot anyone entering property. when i saw the sign i turned around. he called later wondering where i was. i told him i saw sign. i dont wish to deal with nutters.

Code changes...

The option is to remove the tin roof and replace with canvas or go through the permit process with the goal of keeping the tin...

Engineering fees will add 2k to the cost of the permit... guessing total out of pocket will be 3k +/- to keep the tin roof.
