Lift arms won't raise and lower with lever

Looks like a pin missing so the lever is essentially disconnected from the works. Simple mechanics really.

I appreciate what you are saying, but I don't know where a pin would go.
Anyone have a tractor like this that can look and see if something is missing?

Well you already mentioned one empty hole so a pin may have broken and fallen out. If there is a shaft end the lever is supposed to rotate, something has to secure the lever to the shaft in order for the lever to turn the shaft.

Pretty sure it has never had a pin in it.

Take a flash light and shine it underneath the seat platform. Look for the linkage coming from the lever next to the seat. Something may be loose under there.

Is there something that connects your lever to anything other than the shaft that it rotates on?

The video is too light to see on my screen. If there's a lever moving without the shaft in it moving, something is missing. Pin, bolt, set screw, something.

You need to show us a video of what's moving when you move the upper lever. What pushes that lower lever?
