the two videos make it more confusing. The first one shows you moving the inside lever that raises the 3 point. The second shows the upper lever moving the exact same inside lever. If you move it with your hand and the arms lift, then they should lift when the upper lever moves it. What are we missing between the two videos?

It only lifts when the small lever reaches almost it's maximum movement. The hand lever does not move it enough by itself to make it move. I have to put my hand down on the small lever and move it.

Check the pin in the position control lever to be sure it hasn't broken allowing the lever to move without moving the shaft till it binds. If the shaft is rotating, then you're inside the valve body.

I took the post hole auger off and put the box blade on and now it works....

Maybe you had something bound up.

Your model have draft control? It may have been bound up. Switch back and see if the problem returns.
