Lift disc

I have a 10' Ford double gang lift disc and need some help. The back gang is skating across the top of the ground and not doing much. On a lift disc, are the wheels supposed to be off the ground in the down position, and is there an adjustment to control the depth of the back gang?

Your wheels are supposed to be up in the air if you have a pressure in/ pressure out hyd valve on your tractor that will raise the wheels. Most wheel discs have a spring loaded adjustment in the middle of the disc to put more or less pressure on the back gang. Ken Sweet
