I used mine on my previous BCS, a 605, with a round welding magnet so it could be moved to the front of the engine or on the steel handle support. I used it primarily as a headlight while using my sulky and trailer, so the engine was out front. Now that I have a 853 with plastic covering the handle support, I need a new mounting point. I also intend to use it for snow plowing or blowing, so an engine mount won't work since it will be to the rear. I thought about mounting a piece of flat stock wood or metal between the handle bars close to the pivot point with pipe clamps holding the flat stock to the handles, and then mount the light to that. But I found these mounts Amazon.com: Nilight LED Light Bar Mounting Bracket Kit LED Off-Road Light Horizontal Bar Tube Clamp Roof Roll Cage Holder,2 years Warranty: Automotive under the same manufacturer as the lights I listed above. I think they will work perfect for a handle bar mount on my BCS.

TimberXX, I received these mounting brackets and temporarily added one to my BCS for a test fit. I used the medium rubber inserts and needed a clamp to squeeze it enough to get the screws started, but it worked great. I installed it on the right handle bar just below the plastic shield almost on the bend of the bar. I added the light I linked to above with a single bolt and fished the wire under the main handle support with the other cables, and out the side holes on the blue shield, finally connecting to the battery pigtail with a plug. The lights have a bracket that is adjustable left/right, and up/down.
The brackets come as a set of 2, and I plan on using the extra on on the left side to hold the support for my snow blower chute crank handle.

I tightened down the brackets and light mount on this ^^ and I like how it turned out. One thing I didn't consider when mounting it on the handles is how the light angle changes when I raise or lower the handles. I haven't experimented with it enough to be sure, but I think a 'medium' handle and light adjustment will still give me plenty of light when I raise or lower the handles. Those light produce a fairly broad flood of light.
