LIGHTS OUT ???

Started my CK-20 last night to be sure all would be well for winter. Went to pull out of the garage and turned on the lights. Nothing. In working the light switch, all I hear is a clicking sound from the left foot floorboard area. Same thing happens when I try the directionals. I have to assume its a relay of some sorts thats the culprit. Where is it and what does it look like?

Update ... today the headlights come on, but the flashers and directionals still do not work. Anyone have any ideas ?????

Unplug and plug in the wire harness under the floor board and see if that does anything.
