Mark more pictures are in order, however the light relays, New Holland light switch's, wire, and loom only just arrived in the UPS delivery. Once I get these puppies hooked up "live" I'll be taking a few shots for posting purposes here at TBN.

Being on top of a 6'3" tall body, my head wants to know if your head ever hits those lights getting off & on the tractor?

Chris that's a good question. The lights themselves are mounted under the front of the fiberglass canopy. They are actually mounted to the steel canopy frame. The canopy and frame extends well forward from the drivers platform so they do not pose a threat to my noggin mounting or dismounting the tractor and they are high enough that they do not interfere with my forward vision.

However, lights this large may be a problem if they were mounted directly to and beneath the ROPS itself.

I have the same canopy and was wondering if you get alot of vibration causing the /forums/images/graemlins/wink.giflight beam to bounce all over???

MackAttack I was getting ready to wire the lamps up Saturday and my dealer called wanting to take care of a small hydraulic leak that I have had since the tractor was new. Once it comes back to me I'll get the wiring finished up and let you know. I'm not expecting to see any excessive vibration at the lights as this 4 cylinder 40 HP seems to be at least twice as smooth as my last 2 cylinder tractor.

Does anyone have any experience with magnetic-base lights? New Holland makes a nice looking unit (p/n 84059809) with a cigarette lighter style plug. I wonder if the magnet would have enough "stick", or if the vibration would cause problems with it holding in place.

I'm not sure about the new TCDA tractors, but the new DX tractors have a DC power point right near the base of the ROPS, making it ideal for this light.

Gorm the lighted New Holland light switches are #86558431. I purchased this item right from my dealer since it will fit into the instrument cluster without modification.

The loom (PVL12), relays (FR11), relay harnesses (SK787), wire, and miscellaneous can be easily found at Sherico Auto including anything else that you may need for the install click here
