I have a 3320 tractor with 250 hours & have kept the load match button on since I bought it new. But then had problems getting the tractor to move at all, weather it be in the A or B gear at any rpm between 950 to 1500. This occurs when I bring the rpm down from 2,000 rpm's & above after any job (tilling, mowing, loading). And the only way I get it to move is by turning the load match off. Which dosn't make sence because it usto not do this until roughly after the first hundred hours of use.
Now does anyone know weather this is normal or am I not suppose to always keep it on, thus causing the tractor damage?

If "c" range works I would get the dealer to recalibrate the transmission and see if there are any stored error codes. If "C" range doesn't work either than pull the sump screen to see it it is cloged. You may have a hydraulic problem.
