Loader for ZTR

/ Loader for ZTR #2
No, that is a new one on me! Main problem would be most ZTR's are only two wheel drive so not a whole lot of traction would be the most significant problem.

Wonder how it would work on our Kubota ZD-21?????

While my Ventrac is not quite a ZTR, it is similar. I have a "slip scoop" attachment in addition to a mower deck and a blower unit. I've found my slip scoop very handy, it has a 12" lift height and will lift enough weight to pick the rear wheels off the ground (I had 12 concrete landscape blocks in it - found it worked better with 8 to 10, but it did lift and move 12). As the Ventrac is 4w Drive & 4w Steer, it is still possible to maneuver (slowly) with an overloaded bucket.

Ventrac with Slip Scoop

The description of the loader on Ebay says it has 12" of lift height. I don't think it would qualify as a "loader" with only 12" of lift & 300# of capacity. I would wonder how it would handle with a bucket that is loaded up? I'm not sure I like the bucket being electric as opposed to hydraulic, but I will say for those who can use it, it would be handy. I really like the little bucket on my Ventrac.
