Loader lift kit

That is an interesting setup. I just put a big clevis in one of the holes on the bucket lip and hang a chain thru it. All I need then is a short chain as the clevis is always in the tractor. It allows me to see the hook point very easily and if I am moving a 3pt piece of equipment I just line the clevis up thru the top link of the 3pt and pin it on. Don't need any chains.

Sounds like a simple yet very effective alternative,I'll have to try it. Anything that makes the job easier and safer is the name of the game.

Note! the slip hook is used primarily for implement lifting. Hooks easier to implement mounted shackle, and does less damage to ropes when used for lifting. The grab hook only for misc. chain lifts, easier to adjust length.
