ok i dont mean to sound dense but how do i add that to my tractor? i only have 4 lines on my tractor loader up and down and curl. Mabey i am just confused to where the 3rd function would connect. I am starting to get what your saying, it goes inline and on my curl remote i put a momentary on switch to power say a selonid valve?

Do a search in the hydraulics forum for the term "diverter"

You're on the right track. The solenoid valve will have 6 hose ports. 2 will connect to the normal curl cirucit of the laoder valve, 2 for staight thru (open) will connect to the curl cylinder, the other 2 will connect 1 line to each of the single action cylinders on the plow. When hold down the button move your curl to lever to angle the blade.

i already have one solenoid valve, can i just get another one and make my own diverter? I can place a momentary on switch on my remote's controls to power the solenoids? I have to check to see if the valve i have already is a 2 or 3 port.

Now I'm the one not following you... Most loaders I am familiar with have a joystick valve that has up-down and L-R movements to control the bucket raise/lower and curl/dump. Is yours different? Perhaps you can post a few pictures of your setup so we can see what you are talking about better.

The attachment shows the use of a diverter valve, from Fasse - the guys I bought mine from.

I cant find my digital camera i will take some with my phone. No i have two levers next to my seat, one controls my up and down on my main rams, The other controls my curls, like i said my system is alot older then most of these forums, i will have to get some picts in the am.

I was thinking if i got my self one of those multifunction controls like you got, then again i cant i dont have live hydraulics.

"1650 Oliver, my other is an internaional/farmall 806."

I forgot what you are working with. I had to go back an re-read your posts.

Try to post photos of your controls. There are some real talented folks here who can likely help you once they understand what you are dealing with.

As a thought, does that Oliver have a place on the engine where you could mount the truck's old plow pump?

Another thought in the pto pump idea is the used market. I lot of folks convert pto pump driven backhoes to direct connects. There must be a pile of those pumps somewhere... ?

Good luck!

i could have how ever the pulley is screwed up on the pump. How ever i could put a new one on, its always an option.

Another option might a used electric truck pump setup. It is easy to mount, only needs 12 v input and would give lift or angle as needed. They are expensive new but you can sometimes find them reasonably on CL used.

This photo shows the controls for my remotes.

The controls in the back control the pto and the three point lift.

The next two photos show the remotes.
