Loaders

I have personally purchased over 200 coldwater loaders throughout the years. We have never had a customer complaint about the loader not being able to lift more than what was expected from it.

If you break one of these loaders, I would tend to look for abuse on the user end.

I think the only complaint we had was a broken hyd hose a few times.
For 1700 bucks it certainly is worth the money any way you look at it.

Ray & his crew of welders, fitters, painters, and assembly employees do a great service for the first time tractor buyer in selling them a product thats priced reasonably.

We would drop off a load of machines at Ray's & pick them up a week later, all done & ready to sell.

My hats off to you Ray for helping Ernies Imports inc get where they are today in the tractor world.

No regrets.:D

I have had my Jinma 284 with the Jinma ZL loader since 2001. I did my research before buying and my findings were true. If you want to use this tractor every day, expect to run into continueing problems. This is a hobby tractor at best. One could certainly not depend on these tractors if it is used for business with out a backup.

My hydraulic cylinders on my loader have been leaking now (after about 350-400 hours of operation) I brought them in for seal replacements and they remachined them to accept a more common seal. It cost me $150 each. They are an odd size length stroke so replacement cylinders would have to be ordered and if I went with another brand that was more acceptable in the American market it would cost more than the loader cost me. So now at $600 plus to fix the cylinders, I am down for a couple of days. This isn't the first time I have had hydraulic issues, and it won't suprize me when I have the next.

Would I buy another one? Probably not. Not because it hasn't performed as I expected, but because I just don't like as much inconvenience it has caused, and it is much too expensive for the hours I have used it.

I have also replaced front drive gears twice, radiator hose, hydraulic hoses and fittings (I had to convert fittings to get it up and running), 3 point hitch chains and links, ignition switch, joystick and misc. parts. The guages have all since taken a dump and the battery lasted 30 days. The blue paint is pealing off the rear fenders and they are green under neath. Just not a quality built tractor. But then like I said, I am not surprized because most of these things showed up on my search before I bought the tractor.

Am I satisfied? I can't complain, but after the facts, I wouldn't buy another either.

No offense builder, but I am always apprehensive when someone comes in and bashes a product when they have so few (if any) post.

Another issue is that 2001 is not the same machine that they are selling today. Kinda like the Japanese in that they are constantly improving their products while lowering or maintaining their prices. JMHO -Ed

I agree 100%. Mine is a 2003 and my mechanic like it so much he bough one in 2005 and its much nicer. Same goes for a 2007 I looked over.
