Long Farmtrac

I am looking to purchase a tractor to work my property in CT. I have 19 acres with only about 1 1/2 cleared with about a 1300' driveway. Already have a lawn tractor for mowing. This will be for clearing land and collecting firewood for an outdoor furnace I have.

Looked at the 360DTC (39 HP w/shuttle shift) with FEL & BH priced at 22,900. Is this a fair price? Any other units I should consider? The dealer is great and the financing is 36 months at 0%. Both are important.

Would appreciate the thoughts of some experienced tractor guys as this will be my first tractor. Thanks!!

I have that exact same tractor with a FEL, 72" snowblower & a 90" RFM. I really like it. I paid $16,000 delivered but the unit had around 24 hours on it. I could not tell it from new.

They had Farmtrac Frenzy days awhile back where the financing was even better yet.

I've got the 300DTC w/o the bh though.

All I can tell you is that you will LOVE this little CUT!! My wife and I bought ours to work our 13 acres and in just 30 hours we set 3 18" culverts, clear land, leveled the new drive way and even got stuck a few times /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

For the price vs. performance and a deale rthats less than 10 miles away, I could not go wrong with my purchase.

FWIW, that is what I paid for my tractor, with loader and backhoe. Mine is 32Hp, but with Hydrostatic. The Long is a good machine (especially with a good dealer) My buddy has mine, my only beef is that you have to clutch to shuttle, the Deere reverser doesn't require that... He's going steady, with his /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
