The two Kubotas will NOT fit through an 84" garage door with ROPS folded. I expect LS models are too tall as well.

L4701 height with ROPS is under 92”. Folding the ROPS and clearing 84” shouldn’t be a problem.

I agree. But man, it is a PITA to fold the ROPS down every time, you enter the garage and guaranteed you’re going to forget every once in a while!

True, but claiming they won’t fit is flat wrong.

I looked at a L4701 with folded ROPS this past week and I’m pretty sure it’ll fit in a standard 7’ garage. The grand L’s are taller.

My comments are limited to the L4701. As others have stated, a Grand L will be taller.

So finally got a chance to get over to the two Kubota dealers nearby and none of them had any of the tracors in an assembled form to look at. Not a single LXX60 at either. A half assembled L4701 at one and a fully assembled L3301/MX4800 at the other.

Couple thoughts in no particular order.

MX4800 is a tad on the too large size both in weight and width/length. Killer deal though compared to the L4701 since it's $800 difference between the two.

Pretty big difference in quotes between the two places, nearly $1k on the L4701 and L4760.

Not sure if I like the $5k jump from L4060 to L4760, can get the L4060 for almost the cost of the L4701.

Dealer was pretty sure a grand l would fit under 7" door. The MX was probably 6'3" folded and I know the grands are just a tad taller.

Still not sure between the L4701/L4060/L4760, really would like to see at least one in person before deciding.

The two primary reasons to buy a Grand L are tractor weight and HST/PLUS transmission.

Yeah, we plan a ton of loader work so probably have a slight preference for the grands due to hst plus. If the L4760 was just 1-2k less it'd be a done deal but the 5k jump is pretty large.
