Price Check Looking at a B2150- pricing??

My next door neighbor buy and sells kubota tractors as a hobbie.... All of his tractors are in great shape and he always has at least 15 at any one time.

He has a B2150 that he is selling... it was one of his own personal tractors that he is now selling. He has had it for over 2 years and has replaced it with a newer B2150 that he found.

He is asing $8900 for it. I believe its a 89-90 model, 24 hp, 4x4, with a BRAND NEW woods 1006 front loader, 2700 miles, turf tires, power steering, its great looking shape ( a few small dents in the hood and yellow looking headlights though).

I am looking to push snow with it, yard work, and run a finish 3 point hitch mower 60 or 72" mower......

does this price sound good? are there any other models I should look at?

how hot does it get where you are. these things gave me quiet a bit of trouble with overheating (but i am in australia, hot dry place most of the time). was only the people who really gave them a hard time with the MMM that had trouble. some of them would not accept they may just have to back off a little. they are apart from this small issue an absolutley fantastic machine, reliable and easy to drive, just dont flog them when it's over 100 degreas, cause you may have issues. no idea on price for where you are though.

I paid $8500 from dealer with warranty a few years ago for a similar machine but Kubota loader, included backblade and less than 1000 hours. Unless they have appreciated in thee last few years, he might be a thousand or so high.
