Looking at JD X534

Going to look at an X534 later this week with 430 hours on in, 2008 model, for $ 3900.00 by private individual.
Used to mow a large 2.5 acre flat lot, no towing or ground engaging attachements used.
Hood is cracked. The owner moved into the city and doesnt need it anymore.
Comments on those hours and that price?

$3,900 is a good starting point if this piece if it is still working exceptionally well. After reviewing tractorhouse and machinefinder I am seeing this model for 5-6k with roughly 210 hours on them. The machines I'm referencing also come with a mower deck.
