Takes me 10 hours to mow 30 acres with a 12ft batwing using my MX 5400. Tractor and batwing cost 50K...

Hmmm.....40 acres every week is roughly half an average work week doing nothing but mowing grass. And that's just time in the seat. Doesn't include anything else.
With that level of tractor use, there is a strong bet that you will be spending another half a day per week just keeping the equipment in shape & going...maybe more depending on how used the machinery is.
A lot of used equipment is sold just because the maintenance is taking up too much time.
Are you sure that mowing grass is what you want to do with half your working hours?
I wonder what other alternatives there are?

Honestly, mowing 40 acres a week is within capability of tractors from 26hp to 110hp. No budget was indicated or any details regarding mowing terrain, location or type grass.

Don’t think so as he put 40 acres in both his profile as well as in the post. That would be 2 fat finger mistakes.
But - no doubt really meaning to mow 40 acres a week is crazy talk.
