I'm in the market for a fiberglass canopy with ROPS attachment kit for my Ford 1720.
I had good luck with Thunderbird out of Arizona years ago for a different machine -good quality and knowledgeable salespeople.
However, they have been having some extended lead times right now so I would like to solicit input about other brands?
Quality/longevity/weather tolerance etc.?

I'm not interested in a non-fiberglass type like cloth/aluminum/golf cart top/etc.
Thanks in advance for any input!

I have a Tuff Top on my open station M9. Been up there for 3 years now and no issues.

I had a fiberglass canopy on my previous tractor. My dealer installed a steel canopy on my new tractor. I like the steel canopy better.

They also offer it in all tractor colors.

I use the Rhinohide Canopy it is fully adjustable. You can set it up under or over your ROPS. It has been great!

My dealer delivered it installed on the tractor for $400 total. It doesn’t fold but I have no reason to do that. It made a 5 hour trip over highways and interstates with no damage. My fiberglass top wouldn’t hold up to that.

I see you have trees on your property. My worry is that I'll be driving along, not paying a whole lot of attention, and hit a low-hanging branch, a thick one, with the Canopy.

Do you do anything special to avoid that? Other than being vigilante?

I had an older tractor with a ROPS that wouldn't collapse like the new ones do. I got hung up on branches every now and then. It was a PITD. I can only imagine what it would do to a canopy. Because, sometimes I do have to go into some wooded areas.
