Buying Advice Looking for lawn mower/ tractor

Hi all am new here. I am looking for a lawn mower that has a belly cutter, a rear pto and 3 pt hitch. Not sure if that what I am looking for and suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

Half acre grass, would like to use a york rake, back blade for now but there may be other things in the future.

I was looking for 'used' a little over 3 years ago. I found that anything less than 10 years old was within 2,000 dollars of a brand spankin new one. I bought new.

Choices are JD1 series, Kubota BX, Massey Ferguson, Kioti, Yanmar..............not necessarily in that order.

What dealers do you have near you? Have you dealt with any of them before? Craigslist and Ebay can be useful for used machines as well.
