A sub compact (such as the Massey) will do all of your purposes, the only thing I would question is the brush hogging. If you have anything over 1" saplings I don't think it would run it. They do make some for SCUTs, but very light duty. If your talking about actually brush hogging you need to move up. I wouldn't tell you to buy a bigger tractor, but the one time a year you need to brush hog rent a tractor with a hog for a day. Much cheaper than buying a lot of tractor you just don't need.
