Looking for some help

Hi there, I live in Nova Scotia Canada and own a 1996 New Holland SLE 6640, 4 wheel drive, 16 speed transmission but having some transmission problems. The tractor moves in all forward gears but will not move in any reverse gears. I have checked oil and its fine ,but there is a dashlight that comes on which means low oil pressure. Any help or suggestions you may have would really be appreciated, Thanks Camero
