Onan used to build gensets with hydraulic pumps as a package for bucket trucks. You might be able to find a used unit or cheap. Here is a picture of an old one I found on the net in a few clicks. This old one was $500 but there are newer models too.

I saw one that was 5.5KW and 1.5GPM@2000PSI.
If you can find a serial number/build code from one you are interested in, the folks over at SmokStak (Onan Generators - SmokStak ) can probably get you a full set of specs.

It has been about 10 years since I researched generators, so I don't remember the specs. I wound up with an Onan 5500 watt commercial diesel unit for my small service truck and still have it today. It has a small Kubota diesel engine with a vertical shaft, completely different design. No hydraulics on mine, it is plumbed into the truck fuel tanks and is quiet which is a big plus for me.
While I can understand your concern about having too many engines to maintain that may not be as bad as winding up with an 8 in 1 conglomeration that doesn't work well. I have a Miller Trailblazer welding machine with a 20hp Onan engine with 8000 watt generator, an Ingersol-Rand truck tire compressor with a Kohler 12hp engine both with skid mountings and numerous other things like plate compactors, mowers, DR trimmers, power washers. Add in the chainsaws back pack blowers and string trimmers and I have a lot to keep running. It can be irritating at times but overall having dedicated purpose built generators and log splitters have their own advantages.
