Buying Advice Looking to buy a couple of used municipal/state roadside side mower tractors...

Used highway mowers are often very high hour units. Some have been well maintained, others not so much. I would be leery of trying to put these machines back mowing the roads again, it is a high hour job. If you can find low hour units it might be feasible.

they are using 6000 series deere with deere mowers around here from my guess they are on lease so i would imagine they get turned in after a couple years so wouldnt be that high on hours
