Looking to buy a new compact tractor

The dedicated TLB is the B26 with TL500 FEL and BT820 Backhoe.

For 2013 Kubota describes this as Loader/Landscaper.

Others: L39, L45, M59.

I like the L45 myself. Lots of Hydraulic flow.

If you are not looking for a real TBL then any manufacturer can supply you with a factory loader and backhoe. The main thing here is the TBL (as stated before) has a larger hydraulic rating and would be faster and probably stronger than a standard tractor with an add on hoe.

They are stronger but they aren't designed to accept a belly mower. The Backhoe/FEL frame is intergral and cant be removed like the tractors with FEL. The FEL bucket is quick attach so you can swap out attachments but the arms are fixed to the subframe and don't come off. Price wise, the B26, smallest of the Kubota TLB are approaching $40K so you could almost buy 2 BXX30 models with backhoes for the price of one of the Kubota TLB's.
If you are looking for versatility, the B 2930 with belly mower and FEL would be the ticket.
I am not familiar with the smaller LS models, but there are lots of folks here on TBN that are well satisfied with them and got great pricing compared to the other big 4 manufacturers. I think the G series LS are what you are looking for in terms of size.

You need to visit all the dealers, set on/drive/get prices for the models that impress you and then post a thread on comparison of the models that you think fit your needs.

I'm not sure that you would want to mow with a BH on the machine anyway. When mowing you want something as light as possible and to have maneuverability usually (assuming a lawn or similar situation here). In those cases the ability to remove the FEL and BH can cut the machines weight in half and prevent turf damage. I try not to drive on my lawn with my BH attached as it almost doubles the weight of the machine and I leave marks. A BH and FEL also make the machine 2x as long, so turning and maneuvering suffers. For your application I think you want a removable BH and FEL for sure. I'd make sure to triple check the mid PTO required for mowing, at least in Kubota some configurations (outside of the standard bx20 series) either don't have it, or it's optional.

I purchased a john deere compact tractor two years ago. Mostly because of good local dealer. I own a location for our business about 100 miles from home. The local dealer has Mf,and kubota located there. I talked to him,he stated that he sells 75% kubota. Because most people think they are the best due to perception. Too a model mf is heavyer, have more loader capacity, better pto conversion in hp,service needs same and somewhat cheaper. He says some people don't even look at the mf on lot. I was covinced after looking and going over spects. I would check out your mf dealer
