Lost a beloved pet today

I like the rest of us are so very sorry. When I lost "Tilly" (My Blue Heeler) a few years back, I cried for a week, couldn't talk to anyone or the tears would flow. It ripped my heart out.

Sorry for your loss. My avatar is Bubba, our boxer. He died from cancer about 2 years ago. We still miss him. You have our prayers.

So SORRY for your loss! Maggie sounds like she was a precious girl. I was tearing up reading about your loss and the other replies.

Non-dog people just don't get it. I've lost a few good dogs over the years. My current buddy, Clyde, is a Yellow Lab that I picked up at the pound. I don't know how long he was on the road before the pound picked him up, but he was only 43 pounds at the time. Needless to say, he's put on a little weight since we got him! He's pretty much my constant companion - always outside with me when I'm working around our place, or asleep under my desk when I'm work-working.

May Maggie rest in peace and may God help you and your family through your pain.

Very sorry for your loss. Goldens are great dogs. We lost our "Cody" 2 1/2 years ago, he was 16.

I am sorry for your loss. I have been there myself. You were lucky to have such a good dog and Maggie was lucky to have such a caring owner. I do believe that pets like Maggie are examples of God's love. They love you unconditionally and are always ready to forgive.
