lost tools

I bought an expensive caliper when I was in Prague in 2001 - it was inches and metric and brand new. Lost it in two weeks or so - it still eats me

On borrowing tools, I don't. It will break for sure and I have to replace yours and buy myself one too. Just buying it for myself saves me the price of one tool. By the way, if my two sons borrow something from me, it no longer belongs to me, it's theirs.
