Loud motor

Does anybody know which are reasons why is engine loud?

No with exhaust is all ok. Is there any other might problem?

Noise is more than exhaust. I put a super super muffler on a two stroke Detroit diesel. Still just a loud. Just there more gear noise, blower howl, and diesel ignition knock to hear instead.

What are you calling "loud"??
Louder than what it should be, loud in general or it is making a strange noise that is loud.

When I set engine together, the sound was smooth and nice, but then I removed pistons to change some parts, sound became a rough, like somenthing is hitting inside engine.
