Yeah, the 4047/4020s have larger diameter tires than the 4041/4010s. It still is worrisome that those bolts could break. Perhaps the loader mounts could be beefed up by joining each side together with a heavy brace over the top, just far enough aft to let the hood open.

Thought I'd share a picture of the tractor. At the moment we are still working on cleaning up the clearing where we are going to eventually build our house. Alot of work due to it was all woods and the neighbor oh so nicely built his run-off to the pond so it flowed right down through there. And the other is actually my brother-in-law that got a little too far into a hole with his dozer.. I thought it was funny, just due to him going like **** through there. And he was the one who dug the hole.
The local mennonite that I have fixing it is going to build new braces and reinforce them. Not sure exactly what it will look like when he is done but he said it would be almost like a bulldozer.. HAHA take that LS! I'll be sure to take some pics of the newly reserected 4047 when he is done. It will be about 2 wks but hopefully it will be worth my time and his effort.
