Well after about $300 bucks and allot of headaches the problem mine had was the motor to frame ground located on the left side under the oil inlet. Looked good by appearance but took it off cleaned it to shiny metal same on motor and gram and now it starts!. Thanks to all for the ideas and suggestions.
