LS MT3 series 3rd function valve - OEM or aftermarket?

Anyone have any experience installing a 3rd function valve on the loader on an LS MT3 series tractor? Dealer told me it was a rather involved installation (thought he said they remove the rear wheel) and would do it for $1000 parts and labor. There are some aftermarket kits available. I don't need it right now but may in the future and would like to know what my options are.

I installed the WR Long one on my MT240 and it wasn't difficult at all. If you have a cab , that may make it more difficult, not sure.
On mine, a crowsfoot wrench was the only tools I had to purchase to complete the install easily.

Eight years ago. Had the dealer install a Land Pride 1560 grapple and WR Long 3rd function valve. Also had expanded metal added to the grill guard.

Never had a moments problem with any of it. Money well spent.
