i see packages advertised in my area for 38hp LS(3038) w/FEL, 16'trailer, box blade, & 5'cutter, but no prices. only thing i saw was $1500 down/ $277 a month on web, but did not state how long the loan term was. anyone know about what this package would cost? i may call this week and get more info.

My dealer advertises the 3038 w/FEL, for $15,800, figure $750 or so for a box blade, another $750 for a 5' shredder (assuming they're generic implements), and $2,500 or so for the trailer 7k GVWR. So, give or take $20k is the right ballpark.

Yeah, I have the G3038H and I added a canopy, and a 6' Medium duty shredder and box blade and was out the door around 20k. I have been extremely pleased with it.. Got it from RCO Tractor out of Austin Texas. Good folks..

A friend of mine used my tractor with canopy last Saturday. We built one for his tractor Monday. I will never be without one.

A dealer about two hours to the south of me quoted 28,500.00 for an R4041 Shuttle with FEL and backhoe. I thought the price was a little high on the backhoe. This dealer told me the company they finance through does four payments total. One each year for four years. And the first payment isn't due until a year after purchase. I thought that was odd but who knows about anything anymore. B.

Those are some real good deals there Brad Blazer thanks for the info. Once again I am on the wrong coast to take advantage of them. Maybe I could show some of those prices to the local dealers here and see what they have to say. I really like the price add on's for the backhoe. I knew I was getting porked on backhoe quoted prices. I'd be willing to hit Nevada Oregon or Arizona to get a good deal. I did notice they ship all over the USA. It looks like he's an LS and TYM dealer. At the top of the page on the left hand side there is a link for LS and TYM tractors. If you click on the LS link it shows pics of LS tractors. But if you click on a pic for info it comes up with a "page under construction" message. It's possible they are working out the kinks on the web page. I know it doesn't look good for a prospective customer. But hey, they sell tractors and not web pages right? LOL. B.

Well, he quoted me 20,888 for an R4047H and 5975 for backhoe. That sounds like a really good price. Shipping quote coming. B.

No doubt Bruce:thumbsup:...AWESOME PRICE!!!! I think you could almost tell him to throw in a trailer to get it where you need it to be for another $500.
I think dealers are clamoring for sales right now---primarily in order to remain competitive and because the LS line is still very new (to many people) and starting to make a name for itself and the company....just MHO....

I think if you pushed for it, they would work it out for you to get the sale. I mean think about it, even if it cost you $1,000 to have the trailer included in the deal if you can then go pick it up yourself, you probably would pay that in shipping anyhow. So you'd still get your tractor and a trailer to tote it around on to boot! It's worth an inquiry anyway I would think.
It would be a heck of a road trip though! lol

Okay, from city to city ONE WAY per Mapquest its 2862 miles and figuring 15 MPG on my truck it's $745.00 dollars in fuel and a 45 hour drive. If I team drove it it would be two days straight through. But if I did it solo I would have to add in four sleep stops and of course you can't forget food. Round trip it's 5724 miles!!! And $1490.00 dollars in fuel!!! So the maximum difference between doing it myself and having them ship it is $510.00 dollars IF their shipping estimate stays at $2000.00 dollars. If I made a maximum of six sleep stops and figuring $50.00 dollars a night the difference breaks down to $210.00 dollars. I could easily use that up in food and beverages. So in reality it will most likely be an even split either way. Besides, who wants to drive through Tornado Alley this time of the year. B.
