Hello My 1998 lx665 will not start unless I hot wire the fuel pump. If I put 12v to the fuel pump then the thing will start fine with the key. I have to turn the key on and let it do the glow plug count down before I sit down in the seat or the screen on the skid steer shows "ERROR03". It will still start and run with the error code on the screen, but I cant arrow through anything on the screen when the error code is displayed. If I let the count down go to zero and then sit in the seat, the board does not show the error code and I can arrow through the menu on the board seeing temp, hours ect.... One guy said its the board that is the problem, but I have heard others say its a solenoid. How can i Figure out what it is? I have also heard its near impossible to get a board for these units. Is there a source for the boards in these units? The skid steer will operate fine with the pump hot wired so I have been using it hot wired for a while now, but would like to figure out how to get it running as it should be.
