Yes, with adjustable ride height. It's mandatory with the 30 mph option. And optional on the 25 mph machine.

Cooling technology has certainly advanced. 40 years ago the radiator would have been 3 times that size and couldn't have anything in front of it.

No doubt those aluminum radiators are a ton more efficient. That thing has a intercooler, transmission cooler, and a/c condenser in front of it.
